Partita questa mattina la spedizione di ritorno da Volgograd dell’Associazione Torino-Pechino

Dopo 11 giorni di permanenza a Volgograd, la ex Stalingrado, per due dei tre membri dell’Associazione Torino-Pechino, Giacomo Benedetti e Guido Guerrini, è arrivato il momento di ripartire. Emanuele Calchetti, invece, si trattterrà fino a meta marzo in terra russa continuando la collaborazione con la Comunità Giovanni XXIII che fino a questo momento ha ospitato tutto il team.
Per l’Iveco Daily della Piccini Impianti comincia un nuovo test di poco meno di 4.000 chilometri, finalizzato a capire se i buoni risultati, relativamente ai consumi, del viaggio di andata siano ripetibili. Un esito che ha lasciato positivamente stupiti anche tutti coloro che hanno scelto l’impianto Landi Renzo per questo viaggio inusuale e teso a dimostrare l’affidabilità del sistema che miscela gasolio e metano.
Il viaggio di ritorno si svolgerà lungo un itinerario più meridionale di quello dell’andata, seguendo la costa del Mar Nero, percorrendo una strada più lunga, ma allo stesso tempo meno problematica dal punto di vista delle temperature. Capodanno in movimento per Guerrini e Benedetti, con ogni probabilità nella città portuale di Odessa, in Ucraina. Nei primi giorni di gennaio, dopo aver attraversato Moldavia, Romania, Serbia, Croazia, Slovenia e mezza Italia, il Daily sarà di nuovo pronto per riprendere il normale servizio lavorativo, senza dubbio su tratte stradali meno impegnative.
“La scelta di un itinerario di ritorno differente non è solo legato alle condizioni climatiche meno proibitive, ma anche al proseguimento del censimento dei distributori di metano dell’ex Unione Sovietica” precisa Guido Guerrini, che aggiunge che “grazie al nostro lavoro è possibile mettere a disposizione informazioni per tutti coloro che con un’auto normale o un veicolo pesante vogliono raggiungere la Russia usando come combustibile principale il metano”.
Convinto della positività della propria esperienza pure il pievano Giacomo Benedetti, che sottolinea che “oltre quindici giorni tra Ucraina e Russia mi hanno aiutato a comprendere meglio questi paesi dei quali in Italia si parla davvero poco. È da sottolineare”, aggiunge, “come attraverso esperienze di vita quotidiana sia stato possibile entrare in contatto con molte persone del luogo, una ricchezza che solo viaggi come questo possono regalare”.
Per Emanuele Calchetti, che per la terza volta si tratterrà a lungo in terra russa, “è strano non essere a bordo dopo aver condiviso un viaggio d’andato ricco di momenti interessantissimi e divertenti, ma  altrettanto stimolante e arricchente sarà rimanere qui a Volgograd, che ormai è la mia seconda casa”.
Con la nuova partenza dell’equipaggio riprenderà la pubblicazione quotidiana del diario di bordo nei portali www.torinopechino.it e www.ecomotori.net.
