Il team Imega è vicecampione del mondo FIA

Tra le attività dell’associazione c’è dal 2009 la partecipazione alla FIA Alternative Energies Cup, il campionato del mondo per auto ad energia alternativa organizzato dalla Federazione Internazionale dell’Automobile. I risultati del Team Imega sono stati ottimi: il pilota Guido Guerrini, affiancato dai navigatori Emanuele Calchetti, Andrea Gnaldi Coleschi e Leonardo Burchini, ha infatti ottenuto il 5° posto assoluto nel 2010 e il 2° posto nel 2011. Negli stessi anni, il team ha ottenuto rispettivamente il terzo e il secondo posto nel Campionato italiano Csai.
